Pediatric Telehealth for Alabama Families

Same-day visits for the whole family: infants, kids, teens, and adults.

Convenient virtual care for the whole family, kids, teens, siblings, and parents, all from home. Same-day visits for mild illnesses, parent questions, feeding support, and family-centered care. Serving families inside and outside of Alabama.

Two Ways We Support Families

We offer medical telehealth visits for infants, children, teens, siblings, and parents physically located in Alabama, plus educational parent guidance for families nationwide, since state laws allow medical diagnosis and treatment only for patients located in Alabama at the time of their visit.

What Telehealth Cannot Safely Diagnose or Treat

Telehealth has limitations and is not a replacement for emergency medical care or in-person evaluation when medically necessary. If you book an appt and the provider deems it necessary to be seen in person, appt will not be refunded. Some conditions require an in-person examination for safe medical care. Telehealth may not be appropriate for:

If your child appears severely ill, lethargic, has difficulty breathing, or you believe they may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.
