The Site Is for General Information

The content on this Site, including pages, blog posts, videos, guides, and email newsletters, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not create a provider-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for care from your pediatrician, obstetric provider, or other licensed healthcare professionals.

Our Services

On Call Peds Care offers in-home newborn and postpartum support services and virtual services as described on the Site. Descriptions on the Site are summaries only. Actual services are governed by our full Service Agreement, which clients review and sign before services begin. Where Site content and the signed Service Agreement differ, the Service Agreement controls.

Telehealth sick visits are available only to patients located in Alabama at the time of the visit and are subject to eligibility, availability, and applicable clinical requirements. Virtual education and support consults may be available more broadly and are educational in nature.

Booking Through Third Parties

Scheduling and booking are provided through Jane, a third-party platform, and payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation of third-party platforms.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that all content, pricing, or availability information is free of errors or up to date. We may change services, pricing, and content at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to On Call Peds Care and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or distribute our content without our written permission.
